Excercise on how to create personalised google maps for personal use. This is just one example of afew that I created. Others included other places in and around Preston.

career advice !

Sat minding my own business at Preston station waiting to go home after lecture! Total stranger comes over an sits down at my table where i am trying to read my Closer magazine in peace.  He then begins to tell me he started a new job two days earlier working for a charity , and patrols the streets trying to get people to donate.  He tells me he needs advice (from a total stranger?!) on whether to pack it all in an go an work for his mum's catering company, or to stay on.  Why dont you like it? I asked.

I get pasties thrown at me, he replied.  He then tells me how passers-by throw Gregg's at him an spit on him and he repeatedly gets sworn at.  he also told me he 'didnt even like charity.'

I didnt really know exactly what to say seen as I had only met him 2 minutes earlier.

He got on his train eventually after trying to read my magazine and numerous phone calls to his mother about leaving  the job.

I think he was in the wrong job.
